For the first PCs I used, I didn’t have much word to say in the components. I used to shoot for the stars, and my parents landed a few floors from the ground, selecting the equipment that corresponded to the budget. Later, when I started winning and I had full control over my versions for the first time, I started with PCS budget. Before building a GTX 1050 Ti PC
The first PC version which was really mine was a budgetary construction that I gathered in mid -2017 – the very first machine that I built with my own money. RTX 2060 Super

RTX 3060 Ti
I could have obtained it for the PDSFP
2019 came and came, and Nvidia prepared the launch of its GPUs of the RTX 30 series – which could have been one of the Best launches in the history of the GPU. However, it turned out that the Ampère range landed in the worst time. The crisis of the shortage of silicon and the supply chain coincided with the boom of cryptography and the unprecedented demand to create a perfect storm which has led to rare and high prices.
I was finally hoping to go to an RTX graphics card and I was impressed by the claims of the RTX 3060 Ti beating the RTX 2080 Super. For a few weeks in December 2019 and January 2020, the RTX 3060 TI was available at a reasonable price (taking into account the market conditions) at my local retailer, and I had almost thrown the sponge. I ended up waiting, however, that prices fall to the PDSF, which has never happened.
The RTX 3060 Ti would have been a massive upgrade on my GTX 1660 Ti, and I could have played all the Ray traced titles that I wanted to live for a long time. Destiny, however, had other plans.

Ryzen 7 5800x3d
The best of AM4
From 2019 to mid-2022, I did not upgrade to my PC. The PC equipment market was still in shock from the GPU price crisis, so my dream RTX upgrade had to wait. Then unexpectedly, I won a virtual PC construction competition Organized by WD and NVIDIA, and the first prize was the RTX 3080 RTX game PC that I had submitted to the competition. I was ecstatic, but I also had a budget defined to choose the rest of the components, which meant that I could not choose the CPU that I really wanted: the Ryzen 7 5800x3d.
The 5800X3D was a turning point for PC players. AMD had cracked the code to push FPS higher than any other processor on the market, and finally acquired game leadership on Intel. An upgrade of the Ryzen 5,1600 at the Ryzen 7 5800x3d (before winning the PC) would have been phenomenal, and the best part was that my B350 motherboard in fact supported the first generation Ryzen X3D processor.
If I hadn’t won the PC in this competition, I would have upgraded the Ryzen 7,5800x3d earlier this year. A GPU upgrade was not on the cards anyway, because the market was still a few months older before it stabilizes.

RTX 4080 Super
Really impressive for $ 999
NVIDIA RTX 4080 was a terrible product for $ 1,200. The prices of the RTX 40 series were far from being digestible, and the RTX 4080 was so bad that people refused to buy it, and some retailers have even ceased to renew the actions for months. What this series of events taught me is that if you really want a particular PC upgrade, and you can justify the investment for yourself, it is worth getting it despite the fact that the timing is not “fair”. Procrastination and hunting for the best offer can often make you miss the opportunity forever, given the market for unpredictable PC equipment in which we live. Of course, too paying for PC components is not recommended, but sometimes when something big is reasonably evaluated, it is better to catch it if you really want.
