OPENAI chief Sam Altman Friday said its high level artificial intelligence The company is “on the wrong side of history” when it comes to being open to the operation of its technology.
Altman’s comments occurred during an Ask Anything session on Reddit where he asked questions, especially if he would plan to publish OPENAI research.
Altman replied that he was in favor of the idea and that this is a subject of discussion within Openai, based in San Francisco.
“I personally think that we have been on the wrong side of the story here and that we have to find a different open source strategy,” said Altman.
“Everyone in Openai does not share this point of view, and it is not our current priority either.”
