Openai chatbot chatbot is now back online after being inaccessible to certain users for hours. The breakdown was reported around 1 p.m. However, now it seems that users can access Chatgpt. We tested on desktop and mobile applications, and the chatbot works very well.
Earlier in the day, some users indicated that the website was not accessible, others said they were unable to generate answers. At this stage, we tried to access the service on the desktop, and the AI chatbot did not let us seize any prompts and showed a red text message which indicated “the error of the internal server”. We also tried to use the chatbot on an iPhone. However, he showed similar results.

According to Broken-downThe website following the online status of various services, the breakdown started somewhere around 1 p.m. Even the Openai status page suggested that Chatgpt was not available for certain users and that they were currently investigating the problem.
Now, Openai’s assistance page indicates that the company has identified the deep cause of the problem and that it “continues to work on a correction for this problem”.
However, the assistance page indicates that the API is currently operational, which means that all third -party services that rely on Openai technology can operate normally.

This is the second time that Chatgpt has been facing a time to stop this year. On February 14, the chatbot underwent a massive breakdown in the world. The breakdown started at 8:00 p.m. IST and it lasted until 10:30 p.m.
