Games24x7’s TechXpedite Accelerator Program concluded with an exciting Pitch Day, where 12 emerging tech startups presented their innovations before top investors, industry leaders, and government stakeholders. The program, designed to support India’s startup ecosystem, provided mentorship, networking, and financial resources to help these startups scale.
TechXpedite received over 330 applications, highlighting the growing vibrancy of India’s entrepreneurial landscape. The 60-day accelerator program selected 12 high-potential startups, including Choira, Mple.ai, Glovatrix, LiaPlus AI, Gabify, Arficus, Cairovision, Chittoo, Noha.ai, Spoda, Zeuron.ai, and BeAble Health. Of these, three—Choira, Mple.ai, and Glovatrix—are based in Maharashtra.
Ashish Shelar, Minister of Information Technology & Cultural Affairs, Government of Maharashtra, emphasized the importance of such initiatives. He stated, “Initiatives like TechXpedite are essential in nurturing next-generation ideas, driving India’s digital transformation, and promoting a thriving startup ecosystem. They align with the government’s vision of creating enabling platforms and acting as a catalyst for tomorrow’s leading tech enterprises. We look forward to seeing the impact of this program and the success of the exceptional startups it has supported.”
The accelerator program saw strong participation from Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, with a surge in applications from Pune, Indore, and Jaipur. AI startups led the way, accounting for 58% of applications, followed by gaming (12%) and inclusive tech (15%).
Bhavin Pandya, Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Games24x7, highlighted the program’s impact. The program provides a platform for emerging entrepreneurs to scale their ideas and tackle India’s unique challenges with innovative solutions. Over the years, we have accumulated a wealth of knowledge in technology, and this initiative allows us to give back to the ecosystem, supporting the next wave of transformative startups shaping India’s digital future.”
The Pitch Day event brought together over 100 experts, including top venture capitalists, angel investors, and policymakers. Government bodies such as the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) and the IT and Industry departments of Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Telangana backed the initiative.
TechXpedite also partnered with AWS as its Cloud Partner, providing technical support to participating startups. More than 30 technology partners contributed over $500,000 in credits, aiding startups in refining their business strategies, financial planning, and market expansion efforts.
Throughout the accelerator program, startups received mentorship, masterclasses, and networking opportunities. The program focused on crucial aspects such as technological advancements, business strategies, financial planning, and market penetration, guiding startups toward scalable and sustainable growth.
