You may have seen the recent online viral trend that has seen people create personalized action figures using AI. While the trend has encouraged people to show creativity, the controversial nature of AI has led many artists to reject the trend, causing a whole new creative movement.
While the playful trend has experienced massive popularity on social networks, the results tend to be a little formulated due to the invites to stick copying and the limited imagination of AI. In response, the artists began to create their own figures of action drawn by hand, reminding us that the art manufactured by man is far superior to the without character Image generators AI.
It is not a secret for anyone that many artists feel hostile to AI because of its many ethical problems – professional threats to the concerns of copyright. By recovering the creative space, the artists came out en masse to share their version made by hand of the AI trend, from charming illustrations to complex paper cutting models.
Started by the illustrator and the artist @patouret on InstagramThe hashtag #starterpacknoai quickly started. “Tired of this AI start-up pack trend, so I decided to draw mine with my own hands,” he wrote. Other creatives quickly joined the movement, taking the time to personalize the trend with their unique artistic style, demonstrating the diversity and the character of art manufactured by man.
For many, the #starterpacknoai trend has become a form of protest. Artist and author @Khal_essie shared its start -up pack with legend “as an artist, writer and also a human being who does not want our environment to be annihilated – AI generative CK.” Artist @Rorymidhani Added: “Join artists on the #starterpacknoai trend to balance all raw AIs.” Likewise, artist and graphic designer @xetaercx Shared their works of art, writing “Love Seeing all the #StarterPacknoai versions made by creative humans, let’s continue to make art with a soul.”
