The Ministry of Economy announced grant support for the creation or development of production for Ukrainian manufacturers, in particular, for drone developers.
Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Andriy Telyupa reported that producers of food products, pharmaceuticals, printing, wood products, and drones will be able to receive funds, the ministry reported .
About the program:
- Another 22 Ukrainian enterprises will receive grants from the state for the creation or development of production in the processing industry.
- The total amount of state support for applicants is UAH 81.9 million.
- The Ministry of Economy approved financing for nine of them — in the amount of UAH 36.2 million.
- Funds for another 13 enterprises, in accordance with the terms of the program, will be provided by the State Employment Service.
To receive a grant, you must:
- Submit applications with a business plan via the Diya platform. The application is automatically sent to the selected bank.
- Pass a bank check (tax debts, credit history, business plan assessment, visit to the company).
- Wait for the decision of the Ministry of Economy or the State Employment Service.
- After paying the co-financing share, receive the transfer of funds to the applicant.
About co-financing:
Companies have 10 business days to contribute their share of co-financing:
- 50% of the cost — for projects on general terms
- 20% — for manufacturers of printing, aircraft (UAVs) and enterprises in front-line regions.
Additional details:
- Applications for participation can be submitted continuously — they are accepted in waves, every two weeks. Even if the application is not successful the first time — there is an opportunity to take into account comments, make improvements — and resubmit. According to the terms of the program, the number of attempts is not limited
- A new submission phase begins on April 12.
- Documents are accepted through the «Diya» platform .
- The expected time to receive funding is 1–1.5 months after the wave is completed and all conditions are met.
