From fun to advancement, a man’s vision transforms the way India learns technology.
For decades, fun flows into India served only one leisure objective. But what happens if a park could also be a place to learn, innovate and shape the future? This is the daring entrepreneur of Kerala Rahul p Bala Chandran gives life to Robo Park – The first learning center for India experiential robotics.
Maverick startup and serial entrepreneur, Rahul is also the strength behind Ink roboticsA technological company that has gone from the training of young minds in futuristic technology to now create one of the country’s most unique innovation ecosystems.
Robo Park – Where pleasure meets futuristic technology
Robo Park is not your technical center or an average museum. Think about it as a amusement park for innovationwhere children, adults, amateurs, engineers and even farmers can explore and live advanced technologies – and more importantly, build them.
“We want everyone – from a five -year -old child to a 99 -year -old man – interacts with robotics, IA, IoT, AR / VR, 3D printing, autonomous vehicles, drone taxis, etc.”, explains Rahul. “It is not only to experiment with technology, but also to create it.”
22,000 square feet Square In the park will offer practical access to all the tools, materials and mentorship necessary for the prototype, construction and experience. Whether it is Lego kits to create robots or test an autonomous vehicle on a dedicated track, Robo Park is designed to be India playground for technology.
More than simply play – an academic ecosystem and startup
Robo Park is not only a question of entertainment. It is built around Four vertical key::
-
Roboland – The interactive amusement park and tech experience center.
-
University park – A space for structured learning in partnership with industry experts and universities.
-
Product and solutions – A vertical where technological applications of the real world are developed in collaboration with the university world and industry.
-
Startup incubator – Perhaps the most exciting for the Indian startup ecosystem – an annual incubation of 10 advanced technological startups, offering them access to space, the prototyping infrastructure, mentoring and investment networks.
“We build an ecosystem. Startups will have access to everything – creative spaces, technological tools, investors, mentors and a community, ”explains Rahul.
Ready for Robo-Tech: is India prepared?
Skeptics may wonder if the Indian public is ready for such immersive technological park. But Rahul is confident.
“Technology is already around us – IA, robotics, drones – people just don’t know how to access or apply it. There is a huge awareness gap. This is what Robo Park solves. “
Its past technological exhibitions have already proven the point – an exhibition of robotics in 2023 in Thrissur attracted 1 Lakh Visitors. The excitement and public comments convinced Rahul that a greater permanent infrastructure like Robo Park was the next logical step.
Failures in the future: the journey powered by the grain of Rahul
But this success did not come overnight. Rahul’s entrepreneurial journey started at 22 – and at 25, he was 55 ₹ Lakh indebted.
“This failure was heartbreaking. In Kerala, once you fail, people do not doubt you – they judge you. They call your family, question your value. It was the darkest phase.”
However, he did not give up. From a mobile lava company failed in its possible breakthrough with robotics, Rahul has rebuilt its vision from zero. Now he does not just create a business – he creates a movement.
The unknown starting hero of Kerala
What is remarkable is how this whole company is rooted KeralaA state not traditionally associated with technological startups. But Rahul insists that the state of the South is a Fertile land for innovation.
“Kerala has been rewarded as one of the best start -up ecosystems in Asia. The Kerala start -up mission, industrial services and even ministers like Shri Rajeev are actively involved. When we proposed Robo Park, the government has chased us, not the other way around. ”
This level of government support is rare, and this helps companies like Robo Park to move away from the usual start -up centers of India.
What is the next step? A launch of December 2025
Robo Park is ready for a Sweet launch by December 2025. And for Rahul, this is only the beginning.
“It’s not just a question of Kerala. We want to reproduce the Robo parks through India. Each Indian deserves access to futuristic technology – not just in textbooks or metros – but in its own cities. ”
In a country where technology is often considered distant, complex and inaccessible, Robo Park promises to give everything to life – tangibly, happily and inclusive.
