Openai went to the X social media platform to recognize the breakdown, while adding that they have identified the problem and work on a solution. “We are experiencing a breakdown at the moment. We have identified the problem and we are working to deploy a fix. Sorry and we will keep you posted,” said the company in an article on X (formerly Twitter).
The breakdown started shortly before 7 p.m. and also struck the API and Sora of Openai services.
The chatbot was launched in 2022 and generates human -type conversational responses in the length, format, style, details and languages desired.
The failure occurs the same day when WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook were also affected by a technical problem. Meta has confirmed that the problem has “an impact on the capacity of certain users” worldwide to access its suite of applications.
