NVIDIA, the dominant player in Chips for Artificial Intelligence Models, plans to produce up to half a bill of Dollars in AI infrastructure in the United States over the next four years thanks to manufacturing partnerships.
The production of the latest generation AI Chip of Nvidia, known as Blackwell, started at the new Taiwan factory Semiconductor Manufacturing CO in Phoenix, the company announced on Monday. NVIDIA also builds supervisor manufacturing plants in Texas with Foxconn and Wistron, and in partnership with AMKOR Technology and Silicon Precision Industries for packaging and flea test operations in Arizona.
“The addition of American manufacturing helps us to better meet the incredible and growing demand for flea and superordinators of AI, strengthens our supply chain and stimulates our resilience,” said Jensen Huang, director general of the Santa Clara company, California, in the press release.

The figure of US $ 500 billion refers to the combined value of all the goods that Nvidia plans to sell to the supply chain for AI. In large part, the number reflects a commitment from the largest cloud computing companies to create and upgrade data centers with the latest equipment.
This group, which includes Microsoft, Amazon.com and Meta Platforms, is expected to spend $ 371 billion this year on AI and IT resources, a leap of 44% compared to last year, according to a report published last month by Bloomberg Intelligence.
Nvidia also said that the effort would mark the first time that AI supercalculators have been produced in the United States, a development that President Donald Trump praised on Monday.
During an appearance in the White House, Trump said Nvidia had made the decision due to prices. “This is one of the biggest announcements you will never hear-because Nvidia, as you know, controls that almost the whole sector,” he said.
