A South Korean company of AI has introduced a new trend analysis service that takes advantage of social networks to help companies identify market trends and optimize decision-making.
Newen AI, specializing in data analysis led by AI, recently launched “Quetta AI”, a platform designed to analyze unstructured social media data as well as to detect emerging trends, feeling of feeling and viral keywords. The service can also recognize the variations in spelling and slang, ensuring complete monitoring of trends.
Founded in 2004, Newen IA presented for the first time its AI Lucy analysis platform in 2017, continuously refining its capacities of Big Data. The company published a beta version of Quetta AI at the end of 2024, which joined a specialized AI module for conversational data analysis, before officially launching the service in January 2025.
Unlike Lucy, which has been developed for data analysts, Quetta AI is fueled by the model of great language (LLM) of Newen AI. This guarantees higher precision and an intuitive interface, which in turn makes an analysis of trends focused on AI accessible to a wider range of companies.
