About
Mustafa Suleyman co-founded DeepMind in 2010 and later Inflection AI. In 2024 he became CEO of Microsoft AI, responsible for Copilot and Microsoft's own models. At Microsoft Build 2026 he unveiled seven new MAI models from a superintelligence team formed in late 2025. He is the author of 'The Coming Wave'.
Suleyman champions what he calls 'humanist superintelligence': AI built to serve people rather than replace them. He has argued that companies should not build AI that seems to be conscious.
